Empire Pokies is a free social game. We don't take payments, so we never handle financial details. Most of what makes the game work is stored on your own device, in your browser — not on our systems.
2. Information we don't collect
- No payment data. There are no purchases, deposits or withdrawals, so we never ask for or store card or banking details.
- No accounts. You don't need to register, so we don't hold usernames or passwords.
- No advertising trackers. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
3. Information stored on your device
To make the game pleasant to use, we store a small amount of information in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and includes:
- your confirmation that you are 18 or over;
- your storage preference choice;
- light game preferences and progress, such as sound settings and your virtual coin tally.
You can clear this at any time through your browser settings. Doing so simply resets your preferences and progress.
4. If you contact us
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to send — typically your name, email address and message. We use this only to respond to you and to improve the game, and we keep it no longer than we reasonably need to.
5. How we use information
We use the limited information described above to run the game, remember your preferences, respond to your enquiries and keep the site safe and working as intended. We do not sell your information.
6. Sharing
We don't sell or rent your information. We may share it only where necessary to operate the site (for example, with a service provider who helps us host it), or where required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect any information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but because we collect so little, the risk is kept low by design.
